Our Origin Story

At five years old, along with their dad and their brother Griffin, Madison was feeding kids at orphanages and informal settlements in Africa and beyond. Back at home in San Francisco, they began to notice people on the streets and asking questions: “Why don't those people have a home? And why don't people who have homes invite them in?” From that point on, Madison has never again walked by someone on the streets without noticing them and offering some kind of help.

In the subsequent years, Madison's questions about inequity have grown and always end with: “What are you doing about this, Dad?”

Child-Led

Kids are naturally generative and creative. Kids who are in touch with their passion are led by their hearts. They know how to fight for what they care about and overcome any obstacle. KidForce follows the lead of the communities they serve. And adults are led by the inspirations of the KidForce team.

Radically Kind

Kids know the greatest joy is creating joy for others. Their inherent generosity explodes when they are given the opportunity to be the source of positive, impactful change.
